-The All-Seeing Boy-

A boy born with two abilities:

Clairvoyance and Analysis. In this world, there are those who are born with special powers, called "ability users." Yet they are rarely understood. More often, their existence brings tragic strife into their families, sometimes even twisting the fate of both parent and child.

But his case was different. His father, though outwardly a journalist, was in truth a high-ranking officer in the global civilian organization Exorcista, dedicated to hunting demons. His mother was also a member of the same group. Thus, the boy's powers were welcomed, and from an early age he was raised with combat training as part of the organization.

Outwardly, he attended an ordinary private school. Inwardly, however, he struggled with the growing rift between his unique environment and the classmates around him.

One day, weary from constant training, he dozed off during class―and unconsciously triggered his clairvoyant ability. What he saw was a place resembling a university laboratory. There, a girl of otherworldly beauty was intently reading through research papers. Captivated, the boy's Analysis ability activated, and he glimpsed a fragment of the scenery within her mind.

――A sky of perfect clarity, bathed in gentle golden light. A sea of pure white clouds, upon which stood a magnificent golden castle. Beautiful gardens and pristine springs spread out below. It was a vision of eternal beauty, as though time itself had come to a halt.

That vision seared itself into his heart, leaving an indelible impression as he grew.

By the time he became a high school student, a series of incidents shook the nation. A killer in a hockey mask was suddenly appearing across the land―as if warping from place to place―and unleashing horrific massacres. At his side was a demon of the Shadow Minx line, believed to be empowering and goading the killer onward.

Recognizing the gravity of the situation as a demon-related crisis, Exorcista moved to confront the killer and the demons under his command. Yet just before the decisive battle began, the boy deliberately sought contact with the masked man. He could not forget the vision of that radiant world, and longed for any clue that might lead him there―even if it meant dealing with demons.

From them, he learned a grim truth:

――"Except for very young children, no human can travel alive into another world."

The final battle came. In its carnage, the killer and the boy's family alike were slain. Consumed by vengeance, the boy grasped a single knife and hurled himself into the swarm of demons―
