Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to "PSI Masquerade DW" (smartphone version) and "PSI Masquerade: Deadly Wonderland" (Steam version) (collectively referred to as the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks without our prior authorization. You may not extract the source code of the App or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. The App itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App, remain the property of Mururun Soft. Mururun Soft is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it clear exactly what you are paying for. The App stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the App secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device or otherwise bypass the security restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Doing so may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or other malicious software, compromise your device's security features, and cause the App to function improperly or not function at all. The App uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own Terms & Conditions: * Google Play Services * Google Analytics for Firebase * Firebase Crashlytics * Azure PlayFab * Edgegap Please note that there are certain things for which Mururun Soft cannot be held responsible. Some features of the App require an active Internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Mururun Soft cannot be held responsible if the App does not function fully because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your mobile data allowance. If you use the App outside an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the App or other third-party charges. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges incurred when using the App outside your home territory (such as another region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the App, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer. Similarly, Mururun Soft cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the App. You should ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, Mururun Soft cannot accept responsibility. With respect to Mururun Soft's responsibility for your use of the App, we strive to ensure that the App is kept up to date and accurate at all times. However, we rely on third parties to provide certain information that enables us to make it available to you. Mururun Soft accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you suffer as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the App. From time to time, we may update the App. The App is currently available on Windows, Android, and iOS. The system requirements (and any additional platforms on which we choose to make the App available) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the App. Mururun Soft does not guarantee that the App will always be updated so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the version of Windows, Android, or iOS installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the App when they are made available. We may also discontinue providing the App at any time without prior notice. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the App and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
